The financial management of a golf club is a complex job, requiring comprehensive financial planning and tracking to monitor the fiscal health of the property.

Honours assists new clients by overseeing the installation of financial programs and guidelines to be sure that the club adheres to proper accounting standards and internal controls. Beyond installation of the programs, our finance team will track variances, monitor budgets, and trouble-shoot as needed. Our finance team will also handle insurance for all property and personnel as well as oversee reported claims. In addition, we will handle equipment purchases and leases while negotiating for the best deals for our clients. Honours will provide clients with useful financial information and statistics and a strong system of controls which will help each course to run as efficiently as possible.
